The CirCut depaneler has been precision designed and manufactured in England to separate/depanel v-cut scored, component-loaded PCB's cleanly and effortlessly.
As surface mounted components continue to get smaller and more delicate, it is increasingly important to reduce distortion in the depaneling "breakout" process. This reduces scrap rates and "in the field" failures, which prove costly in terms of down-time, replacement and customer confidence.
Reduced Component Failure
Since there is no flex or distortion in the depaneling process, a significant reduction in post breakout printed circuit board (PCB) and/or component failure can be expected, saving time and money.
CirCut Features:
* components can be adjacent to the score-line on one side of the blade and small components 1mm away on the other side, increasing to a maximum requirement of 3mm for tall components.
^manually powered circut can be designed to accept component overhang
Flexibility in Scoring Depth
The CirCut depaneler allows more flexibility in scoring depth - PCB's with thicker webs, which previously resulted in jagged breakout with loose fibres, are now separated/depaneled with a conditioned finished board edge.
One Step Separating and Finishing
The Circut depaneler utilizes precision, hardened and ground separator blades with score-location guides which effortlessly slice the remaining web, leaving PCB board edges clean and smooth.
