Existing Seetrax Ranger users wishing to upgrade to  XLDesigner (proof of purchse required)

  XLDesigner  artwork & schematic with outputs to printer & Gerber restricted to 300 pins  

  XLDesigner  artwork & schematic with outputs to printer & Gerber restricted to 500 pins 

  XLDesigner  artwork & schematic with outputs to printer & Gerber  unrestricted  

*If selecting a lite version, please chose one that exceeds the size of your existing designs you want to edit

*Previous versions of Seetrax must have been purchased more than 6 months before , proof can be requested.

*Upgrade to larger version can be purchased for additional difference in cost.

If selecting a Lite version, please choose one that equals/exceeds the size of existing designs you will want to edit. 

Lite versions come with 90 days of software maintenance and technical support via email.

Full version comes with one year of software maintenance and technical support via email.

Viewer licenses are only available to existing XL Designer users who have a current maintenance contract.

Existing users upgrading: previous version of Ranger must have been purchased more than 12 months ago and proof of purchase required if we cannot locate you in our records. If purchase was less than 12 months, then difference in price is available.

We are always willing to be flexible regarding pricing when XL Designer will be used in educational establishments (schools, colleges, universities) for educational purposes (no commercial use), so please feel free to contact us with your requirements.

Prices exclude postage and packing (P&P). When making an on-line payment please ensure you select the appropriate postage/packing cost according to the country the package will be posted to, from the table above.  

If the postage/packing amount is not included, then it is understood that the purchaser agrees to download the software and documentation files from our web-site and the license codes will be dispatched by email.

We use Royal Mail first class recorded delivery within the UK and "TNT World-wide" for international deliveries.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. 

Within the European Union VAT (currently 20%) must be added to the total order value. When making the payment by PayPal, VAT is automatically added to all payments from EU countries, however if a VAT registration number is provided at the time of purchase, we will refund the VAT value (except UK) - this does not incur additional PayPal charges. Please contact us if you have any queries.

All orders are normally dispatched within 1 working day (Monday to Friday) of cleared payment being received.

If an order is cancelled once payment has been received there will be a handling charge of 10% of the transaction value (minimum of £10-00) deducted from the refund. 

No refunds will be given once the goods have been dispatched unless the complete package is returned, unopened and unused. Shipping costs will not be refunded under this circumstance and the handling charge of 10% of the transaction value (minimum of £10-00) will also apply.

We accept payments by the following methods:

• By Internet Banking/Bank Transfer: We will supply our banking details upon request in order for a payment to be made on-line or by bank transfer. We can supply a pro-forma invoice if requested.
  Please note, we will require your details (name, company name if appropriate, full address, contact telephone number and email address) before sending our bank details in an attempt to deter non-genuine purchasors. Please contact us by phone/email/post, thank-you - contact details in menu above. 
• By Post: cheques drawn on UK banks in pounds sterling, made payable to Seetrax CAE Ltd.
  The cheque should be made out for the appropriate amount plus postage and packing if required (see above).
  VAT must also be added to the total if the purchase is made from the UK, or from other EU countries and a VAT registration number is not supplied.
  Cheques should be sent to the address in our contact details (menu link above).
  Please specify what is being purchased, your name, company name if applicable and full postal address. 
• On-line: We use an on-line secure payment facility provided by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use it, but if you do have a PayPal account then it can be used. Please use the Add to cart buttons on this page, these buttons will direct you to a secure site where payment may be made using the following credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, American Express, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro/Switch or Solo.
  PayPal protects your financial information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is not shared with us. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for the transaction. We will also email a VAT receipt.
  When the transaction is completed, you will be returned to our web-site. Thank-you for your interest!

XL Designer licenses will be issued in the company name unless otherwise requested. If a company name is not provided, the license will be made out to the individual.

Users of less than one year can upgrade their system by paying the difference in price between what they have and the new product. Proof of purchase is required unless we can find you in our records. All other users, please refer to the price table above for preferential rates where applicable.
